Rigorous Standards at Every Step
Our entire warehouse and fleet are climate-controlled. We utilize advanced telematics to monitor "reefer" temperatures in real-time, ensuring the cold chain remains unbroken from our dock to your door.
TEMPERATURE INTEGRITY
We only partner with suppliers who meet or exceed GSFI-recognized standards. Every product that enters our facility is inspected for quality, freshness, and compliance.
STRICT VENDOR AUDITS
Using advanced warehouse management systems, we maintain 100% traceability on every lot. In the rare event of a manufacturer recall, we can identify and isolate affected products within minutes.
FARM TO TABLE TRACEABILITY
We are licensed and approved by the governing & food safety bodies in each state that we operate in. Perishable foods are high risk and require stringent protocol.
